Our Inspiration
Our family owned and operated business is largely inspired by our Italian heritage, hence the name È Buono or "It's good." Growing, preparing, and sharing fresh, homemade food is our passion
Who We are
Joe is a PhD biochemist with a lifelong passion for growing food and sharing it with the community. He started È Buono to sell our Dark Fig Jam locally, but the business has grown to involve an assortment of jams/jellies, and a rotating menu of baked goods that revolve around our homegrown foods. Today, we proudly operate with the help of all our family here in Fairfax, VA
